What happens on the ground.

At a partner school in a tier 2 city, teachers flagged a group of students who had been repeatedly written up for "inattention." Over three weeks, our team ran a teacher orientation and two classroom sessions before the camp arrived.

During the camp, licensed psychiatrists assessed 28 students on-site. Roughly a third received a formal diagnosis. Every family received a written summary and a follow-up pathway.

In the term that followed, the school implemented seating and assessment accommodations for diagnosed students, and our peer support lead ran a fortnightly cohort. Written-up incidents in the same group fell substantially.
